A little bit about Grace Fellowship

We're honored that you're interested in exploring the possibility of a career at Grace Fellowship!  We get it. Who wouldn’t want to work in Paradise everyday, right? Seriously though, being on staff at a church can be the most challenging and most rewarding thing you've ever done, all at the same time.  Grace Fellowship is a very unique church as there are very few churches like it around the country.  We are located in a rural setting (Paradise, TX) and yet we are a large church, and we continue to grow. Being on staff at Grace Fellowship gives you the opportunity to serve in a dynamic, creative, fun and exciting ministry environment in a small town setting. Continue to read the rest of the information on this page to get an idea of who we are and how we operate and relate within our staff.

Our MIssion & Strategy

We exist to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  Our strategy for doing this is INVITE, CONNECT, GROW, GO!

Our Staff Core Values

  • Make It Better - We celebrate wins and, at the same time, continually look for ways to improve as we move forward.  We will improve as individual contributors, as a team, and as a church because we believe excellence honors God and inspires others.

  • All In - A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link so everyone on our team must be all in.  When we’re all in we all win, and the team is exponentially better.  Belief in our purpose fuels grit, passion and a “whatever it takes” mindset.

  • Trustworthy - When I am trustworthy, I earn trust.  When I earn trust, I gain influence. As a teammate, I will readily extend trust to others and when trust is broken I will take initiative to restore it.  Without trust, there’s no us!

  • Teachable - Teachability comes from hunger and humility, which gives me the desire to learn and the willingness to change.  As a continual learner I will seek feedback, ask great questions and readily receive constructive criticism.

  • Empowering - We do not hoard leadership.  Instead, we give it away by empowering others to make decisions while holding them accountable for the desired outcome. When we empower others, we carry out God's job description for us as leaders in the church, and we go further, faster.

  • Loyal - We have each other’s back and we protect one another.  We are vocal fans of one another publicly and offer and receive honest critique privately.
