*Executive Assistant to the Pastor of Operations & Next Steps
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Assistant to support our Executive Pastor in communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. This role helps manage meeting notes and follow-up, email and team communication, calendar coordination, administrative tasks, and event logistics—ensuring clarity, efficiency, and smooth operations across ministries. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a heart to serve our church teams throughout the week and on Sundays.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Assistant to support our Executive Pastor of NextGen and Reach through strong organization and clear communication. This role handles meeting notes and follow-up, email and ministry communication, calendar coordination, administrative tasks, and event logistics—helping keep our NextGen and Reach ministries running smoothly. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and ready to serve our teams throughout the week and on Sundays.

*Assistant to the Groups Pastor
We’re looking for a relational, organized Assistant to support our Groups Pastor in communication, administration, and care for our Life Groups ministry. This role helps maintain group databases, manage leader communication, coordinate short-term groups, prepare prayer lists and Sunday prayer support, and assist with events and ministry logistics. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, spiritually mature, and eager to help foster discipleship and community across our groups ministry throughout the week and on Sundays.

Do you feel called into ministry and want to take your next step? At Grace Fellowship Church, we have a Summer Internship that runs from May 15 to August 15 and is designed for those discerning a call to ministry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in areas like Student Ministry, Media, and Kids Ministry, serving alongside our church staff and ministry leaders.
